Volt is immediately hiring for an Account Manager in Englewood, CO
As an Account Manager you will:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Implement solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and expectations
- Proactively communicate project updates and address client inquiries
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Create and manage project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork and reports
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, shipping, and travel arrangements
- Assist with budgeting and invoicing
This is a
full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PREVIOUS TRADESHOW EXPERIENCE A MUST
- Proven track record in project management and client relationship management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
