BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Processor for an opportunity in 100% Remote

Position Title: Account Processor

Location: 100% Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 10/07/2024.

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 12 Months

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

Prefer 3-5 years customer service experience

Prefer college degree or active towards college degree
Job Description:

Payment processing experience (i.e POS merchant processing systems preferred or payment processing within company web portals)
Attention to detail/collaboration and teamwork/Effective logic and reasoning/Problem solving/communication/typing skills/can take direction well/hard worker and fast learner/honest professionalism as they will be remote

Performs a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area.

Duties may include entering new account information; changing information on existing accounts; recording transactions; answering customer inquiries; receiving, classifying, consolidating and summarizing documents and information; completing reports and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information
