Our recruiting firm is partnering with a large medical practice in Boynton Beach to find them an Accounting Clerk. This is a well-established company looking for someone eager to contribute to an organization.

The ideal pay range for this role is between $20-$23 per hour. This is a temp to hire opportunity that will definitely go permanent. Candidates must be able to complete a background and drug screening.

Job Summary

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
• Maintain vendor accounts and respond to vendor inquiries
• Maintain vendor statements
• Code accounting data accurately into system

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling Accounting duties (ideally with a focus on Accounts Payable)
• Basic Excel skills required
• ERP experience is required (NetSuite highly preferred)
• 100% onsite position
