Accounting Clerk - Temporary Coverage Needed ASAP!

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Accounting Clerk seeking an Accounting Clerk to join a client in Santa Clara. This is an immediate need for the client. This position is onsite Monday - Thursday. Fridays can be remote after training. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. This position is scheduled to cover someone on leave through the end of February or potentially into March.

Job Duties:

• Process AP invoices.
• Prepare daily bank reconciliations and daily inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare AP checks, wire payments and commissions.
• Prepare journal entries accruals and reports to assist with month end.
• Process customer invoices.
• Prepare internal bank reconciliations.
• Back up to reconcile sales invoices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related area.
• QuickBooks
• MS Office including Excel.
• Ability to learn new software as needed.
• Ability to prepare and process reports.
