Our company in Stockton is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who can keep our finances on track and help maintain strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do:
  • High-Volume Accounts: Process and manage a large number of accounts receivable transactions daily.
  • Collections: Handle collections calls and emails, follow up on overdue payments, and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring payments are received promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present accounts receivable reports to management, highlighting key metrics and potential issues.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven experience in accounts receivable, especially in a high-volume environment.
  • Collections Expertise: Strong background in collections, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate processing and reporting.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
