Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments, accurate posting of transactions, and resolution of any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management:
- Review and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable aging, ensuring timely payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, or letter and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information regularly.

Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on outstanding accounts and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and assist with audits.

Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve billing disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve the accounts receivable processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in streamlining invoicing, collections, and payment procedures.
