RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an ACH, Swift, Wires Banking Analyst in Chicago, IL.Summary:The need for this resource is to create capacity for the current team to work on tasks specific to Capstar Conversion and the DI Small Business initiative. This resource would assist in ongoing Commercial Online Banking initiatives that have been put on hold pending resource availability. In this role, you will assist our Commercial Online Banking lead. No upgrade for this role but you will be doing integrations and testing, data validation.Specific tasks include:- Our focus is diverting to Treasury/Commercial Center resource
- Working incoming requests for assistance from the Line of Business, reviewing information submitted by the line of business and determining if any additional information is necessary to log the case into Company's case management system
- Assist in building system documentation for IT support team
- Troubleshooting issues logged by recreating the issue in the test environment
- Assist in the testing of upcoming releases of the Commercial Online Banking application
- Serve as a backup to questions/issues with the Commercial Online Banking billing program
- Escalate issues to supervisors as needed
- Work with the rest of the TM IT team to update support materials and processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fiserv-Commercial center experience
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
