Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our department or an individual. Key responsibilities include:
- Word processing, filing, and faxing
- Answering phones and directing visitors
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences
- Financial record keeping
- Obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail
- Working on special projects as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Potential for extensions and/or conversion to a full-time position
- Hybrid role with 3-4 days onsite at our Miami, FL office
- 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Two rounds of interviews to finalize the hiring process
