The base salary range for this position is $ 69,260 to $86,576 and is dependent upon experience.
Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate degree with a minimum of 3
years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years
relevant experience required.
• Experience in and understanding of HR Information Systems and
administrative control procedures in the corporate business environment,
especially regarding Human Resource policies and governance. Workday admin/support is required, and Workday EIB experience is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY:
Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting
relationships, other relationships:
The overall role of this position is to maintain the day-to-day
activities of Workday and SAP Organizational Management processes for AVANGRID.
Including:
• Governance and internal control review of all employee life cycle actions (including Hire, Internal Movements and Leaving)
• Reporting for all AVANGRID companies regarding OM Structure
objects to ensure compliance with the AVANGRID HR Administration model
and with AVANGRID Company policies and procedures.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure system data integrity between SAP and Workday.
• Release and maintain AVANGRID positions for hiring process and internal movements.
• Organizational Management object maintenance in SAP and Workday including all organizational units, Jobs, Positions and Attributes.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of
responsibilities):
• Analyze all supporting employee life cycle documentation to ensure proper documents and forms meet internal controls prior to processing Workday Tasks and system integrations. Prepares and audits Workday EIB templates prior to launching.
• Adheres to and understands all departmental internal controls and
maintains all departmental processes to ensure compliance.
• Respond to HR System support related requests timely and accurately.
• Support HR SAP Module and Workday testing in Development and Quality
environments and documenting results.
• Support HR Audits regarding system user audits, record retention, crime prevention and system segregation of duties.
