Summary:
Manage accounts payable records, process invoices, and ensure timely payments to creditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and verify expenses.
- Process and reconcile invoices.
- Resolve payment discrepancies.
- Handle special check deliveries.
- Maintain records and assist with audits.
- Produce monthly reports.
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Windows and Excel.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
