Sales Tracking System - STS reconciles Cash/checks to POS register transactions to ensure all cash/checks are accounted for. STS validates POS transactions prior to exporting them to downstream internal systems.

Aptos Sales Audit is a retail information management solution for ensuring and relaying accurate and timely transaction information throughout the enterprise. Sales audit serves as the central repository for all retail sales transactions, and is a key cornerstone for successful and productive retail information. • Integrates with internal system ie: merchandising, inventory, data warehouse, reconciliation, financial management. • Offers multi-country, currency, and language support. • Incorporates powerful, built-in querying and reporting tools.

MUST HAVE (both 1 and 2):

1. Technical certification that is relevant to either Lawson or Cobol/Mainframe. **If they don't currently have a technical cert, we can help them get one and pay for it. It's an easy process for them.**

2. In addition to having a tech cert (above), they must have one of these two options (A) or (B) listed below. (A) A College Degree that is related to IT (software, information technology, computer science) from an accredited U.S. university. An associates degree does not qualify or a degree from outside the U.S. (India) does not qualify. or (B) Have a CompTIA Security+ Certification

Job Summary:
Application Administrator will support Financial applications such as Aptos Sales Tracking System (STS), with an emphasis on the following initiatives:

Assist with the daily operations and support of financial applications such as Sales Tracking System. Assist with other application admin functionalities such as participation and support of projects, application maintenance, updating certificates and passwords, documentations, incidents and change orders, assisting business partners, resolving application issues, providing suggestions and feedback, daily operations, training, and attending meetings.

Skill Requirements:

o Minimum 5 years' experience and familiarity with the Aptos Sales Tracking System.

Accountable for the following deliverables/tasks: oServes as liaison between the help desk, systems administrators, database administrators and business users. oInstalls and configures application software. oSets/manages application parameters. oTroubleshoots technical applications problems and coordinates resolution of problems with other support groups. oMonitors applications for performance problems and coordinates resolutions with other support groups. oObtains regular processing reports to check for errors, assesses/analyzes errors and distinguishes between databases, application and customized application problems. oMonitor, coordinate and install vendor provided systems applications software patches, cyclical releases and major upgrades. oAssist in providing supporting documentation for systems. oProvides technical support for interfaces. oRespond to IT Service Desk Requests within the parameters set forth by SLA's. oEnsure/implement the rigorous application of Information Security/Information Assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of Systems, Applications and/or Services (Hardware & Software). oParticipate in meetings. oWeekly status report of work completed. oOther duties relative to the Program as necessary.
