Annual training is required by the Department of Education for all personnel who have been designated as a Campus Security Authority.

Chief Objective of Position:Reporting to the Director for Center for Honor Enrichment and Community Standards (CHECS), the Assistant Director for CHECS (conduct officer) assumes a leadership role in developing and maintaining the university's community standards, articulating the Honor ethos that permeates the campus, and providing educational opportunities for students. Specifically, this administrator adjudicates allegations violations for the University's Honor Code (including academic integrity incidents) and the Student Code of Conduct. The Assistant Director is responsible for advising the Student Honor Council, facilitating training to prepare students to serve in panels, and assisting members in planning and executing educational opportunities for students. The Assistant Director contributes to the philosophical and practical vision to meet the departmental and University goals from the University's Strategic Compass. This administrator may be responsible for representing the department in the absence of the Director.
Work Tasks:Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree and related experience that equates to an advanced degree at the time of start date.
Additional Consideration - Education:Master's degree in Higher Education or Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, Social Work or something similar
Experience Required:Starting at $56,800, commensurate with education and experience.
