Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Manager

Location: Saint Cloud, MN

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our bakery manufacturing facility in Saint Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance supervision, with specific experience in assisting capital projects. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Assist in oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.
• Capital Projects: Lead and manage capital projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution, to improve and expand our manufacturing capabilities.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Capital Projects experience
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems used in manufacturing.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
