Associate Attorney

A real-estate law firm, is looking for an Associate Attorney to join its real estate and development team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle matters related to commercial transactions
• Preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, easements and similar real property agreements.
• Review and resolution of title and survey issues.
• Draft restrictive covenants for single family, townhome, mixed-use, master planned and condominium projects
• Draft other agreements related to the operation and management of mandatory membership owners associations
• Assist clients with all aspects of operating the owners associations during the development and sales process.
• May assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with commercial real estate transactions
Proven experience in handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.Familiarity with commercial real estate contracts, such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents.Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to real estate law, zoning regulations, land use laws, and environmental laws.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed in the State of Georgia
• 2-4 years of experience
