What You'll Be Doing:

- Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry
- Learn and promote company products and services - www.alamode.com
- Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals
- Offer new or additional products to existing customers
- Identify new prospects that generate new income
- Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers
- Documenting client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel
- Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects

Job Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Able ask questions and quickly identify solutions for the potential client
- Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients
- Strong customer service skills
- Coachable and able to implement changes based on constructive criticism
- Works well in a team environment as well as independently
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Suite
- Technologically adept
