Associate Video Content Producer - Reality Labs

As a Content Producer for Meta Reality Labs, you will be responsible for creating animated troubleshooting videos for our customers globally. You will work closely with the Digital Support Solutions team to produce, animate and edit videos for distribution on Meta Help Center, Meta Quest YouTube, and other applicable social channels.The right candidate for this role is a creative team player who has a deep understanding of new user experiences in the mixed-reality space, possesses the technical skills required to bring ideas through concept to production, and (at times) is comfortable leading projects and driving reviews with our partners.
Associate Video Content Producer - Reality Labs Responsibilities:
- Manage PSO rich media content roadmap and resource allocation.
- Communicate project progress on a regular basis, ensuring that team members are kept up to date on the health and status of the project.
- Conduct product research and produce content development methods.
- Mange end-to-end video program management, delivering on time and on schedule
- Assess channel distribution for content to ensure alignment with Sales and Marketing teams
- Build rich media production program capabilities across XFNs
- Build and maintain strong partnerships
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience with motion design, animation, graphic design, or relevant experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Experienced communicator with the experience presenting to leadership about technical details in simple to understand way.
- Prior experience dealing with ambiguity and successfully functioning in a dynamic team environment
- Demonstrated experience documenting process and policies to ensure safe and reliable content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Skilled in Adobe CC with expert knowledge of After Effects, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
- Understanding of Cinema 4D and various render engines (Redshift, Octane, etc).
- Design experience working with rapid conceptualization and delivery times.

$89,000/year to $129,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
