Pay Range: $47.66 - $50.94

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Duration: 8 Months Contract to Hire

Proficient in knowledge of business applications, data usage and word processing, data management tools and flow-charting tools

Able to understand the logic of code and to construct simple data queries

Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge

Advanced knowledge of change management and business continuity

* Support multi-million-dollar Technical Security initiatives by analyzing and reporting complex SQL datasets on the backend and excel exported datasets on the front end.

* Support design, build, management, and configuration of easily understood dashboards.

* Craft exciting, polished, and articulate PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders

* Perform complex reporting data analysis; understand, synthesize, infer, and present results using advanced PowerPoint presentation techniques.

* Collect and analyze/measure key performance metrics.

* Ability to rapidly learn to navigate software and understand how data is generated and reported from front and back end.
