RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote POS Business Analyst to join their team. They are currently looking for multiple business analysts to assist with the TLM (retirement) of a massive legacy system. Summary:The Business Analyst will be tied directly to these teams and assisting with the build out of diagrams, technical workflows, and heavy technical writing/documentation. The cut off for retirement is October 2025, so they need these resources to help accelerate the work, timelines, work closely with engineering and assist from a technical aspect of how to get this work done. This person needs to have a very strong POS/payments background and have to have a deep understanding of retail to assist with the diagrams aspect and coordinating with the teams through technical knowledge. They will not be as involved in product and writing user stories, but more focused on technical documentation, runbooks, GitHub repo's, workflows etc.REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of business analyst experience
- Expertise within POS
- Strong ability to build diagrams, data/system flows and expertise in technical documentation
- Technical understanding of POS, Java, cloud and agile environments
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in an enterprise environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
