Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious CDL Driver Helper to support our transportation operations. This role involves assisting CDL Drivers with completing daily tasks. The CDL Driver Helper will also receive training to obtain their Commercial Driver's License (CDL), providing an opportunity for career growth with Tradebe.
Key Responsibilities
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and securement of materials.
• Driver Assistance: Support CDL Drivers with daily tasks, including navigation, route preparation, and delivery operations.
• Material Labeling: Properly label and document materials to comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
CDL Training: Actively participate in company-provided training to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete CDL training program and pass required exams.
