If you have experience managing transformational change initiatives and are familiar with the PROSCI change management methodology, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Organizational Enablement team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home.
In this role you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing change management strategies and plans that align with our vision, mission, and values and ensure that our employees are engaged, informed, and supported throughout the change process. As an organizational change manager, you will work closely with senior leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to assess the impact of change, identify and manage risks and resistance, and design and deliver effective communication and training programs. You will also monitor and evaluate the outcomes and benefits of change and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of leading and managing complex organizational transformation change projects with multiple (sometimes matrixed) stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as a strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. You should be able to quickly understand business issues that may drive ambiguity and help craft the vision of the future state to support the change adoption across the journey to successful delivery of the change to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage change for short and long-term transformation initiatives
- Align with global change management practices on expectations and continuous improvement within the change management framework and partner with project and business leads both regionally and globally
- Develop and implement change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, sponsor plans, resistance management plans and communication, training, coaching, and reinforcement strategies
- Develop and embed change management principles and tools to support projects led by business resources and project managers by providing consulting services and ensuring understanding of applying the change management methodology
- Train all levels of the business on roles and responsibilities in change management to assess and support technical, operational, and transformational change impacts
Key Requirements To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience managing organization transformational change initiatives
- Proven change management skills, with PROSCI or other Change Management qualifications and demonstrated experience
- Periodic travel may be required for this position to include international travel
Salary and Benefits In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits.
- Salary range in the United States: $120,000 - $130,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
