Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Change Manager:

- Manage the day-to-day activities of one or multiple business-sponsored IT projects
- Allocate resources and manage efforts to ensure tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with business and IT management, peers, and stakeholders
- Proactively lead project and/or business activities by setting direction, creating project plans, defining timelines, identifying key milestones, and identifying resources needed on selected project(s)
- Manage the budget and/or financial implications of projects
- Facilitate sessions to develop requirements, determine solutions, and resolve issues working with various business and IT partners

Required Skills for Change Manager:

- 4-7 years of experience managing the successful delivery of projects, IT experience preferred
- Proficiency in financial modeling and tracking for complex, integrated systems deployment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Expert skills with MS Project, MS Office, Sharepoint, and Visio
- Skills in use of Project/Portfolio Management tool (i.e., Planview, Clarity or equivalent)
