Job Overview:
The Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This role involves handling the full lifecycle of commercial accounts, including policy renewals, claims assistance, and account management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with producers, underwriters, and carriers to meet clients' insurance needs. A deep understanding of commercial lines insurance and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Oversee the full account lifecycle, from client onboarding and policy setup to renewals and claims handling. Handle all aspects of accounts from A-Z, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Client Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and responding promptly to their inquiries. Offer expert advice on coverage options, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.

Policy Renewals & Audits: Coordinate timely renewals of policies, ensuring all documentation and policy changes are processed accurately. Review accounts to ensure appropriate coverage levels, and conduct audits as necessary.
