SummaryThe Compensation Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily operations and monitoring of the staff compensation process. As a critical member of the Human Resources team, the Manager serves as an internal knowledge expert and lead for designated staff, delegating and checking work and guiding to ensure optimum operational efficiency. Assists in compensation operations and activities as needed and serves as an external representative for constituents while providing high-quality customer service. In the absence of the Director, assumes management of day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications*Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience, preferably in Compensation, human resources or related experience
OR
*A combination of education and related experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
*Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
*Compensation experience to include having conducted market analyses, managing pay equity analysis, classifying jobs, participating in salary surveys, and job description writing experience
*PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/CCP certification
