Position Title: Compliance Specialist

Target Start Date: Immediate

End Date: 6 months (with possible extension or conversion to Full-Time Employment)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (no overtime)

Work Schedule: On-site, M-F in Owings Mills, MD

Job Description:

As a Compliance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our organization adheres to relevant laws and regulations. Here are the key aspects of your role:

Data Entry and Accuracy:

• You'll enter employee data into our regulatory system, meticulously monitoring accuracy to ensure compliance.
• Specifically, you'll handle employee trading data, including receiving and processing mail, extracting essential details, and maintaining organized records.

Supporting Trading Compliance:

• Your work directly contributes to meeting trading compliance requirements.
• You'll follow established procedures in our compliance environment, working under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and organize broker mail for processing.
• Enter trading data into the Compliance system and maintain organized records.

Top Skills/Experience:

• Relevant experience.
• Strong data entry skills (both speed and accuracy).
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

• Previous compliance experience.
• Familiarity with financial regulations.
• Database support or entry skills.
• Understanding of report creation and systematic data review processes.
