Salary/Position Classification

• $15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt
• 10-20 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability: No

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

• Assisting end users with computer issues
• Troubleshooting systems, installs, cleaning
• Knowledge base and other documentation
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be enrolled in at least one credit to be eligible for the position
• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

• An understanding of computer functions such as hardware dependencies and components. Operating system fluency, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
• Basic understanding of how the internet and building networks function.
• Experience with troubleshooting issues such as virus and malware remodel, hardware compatibility, and driver troubleshooting.
• Printer issues.
• Hardware installation and upgrade.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
