Job Responsibilities
With limited supervision, effectively manages portfolio of construction projects. Assesses project scopes, maintains original parameters as much as possible, oversees projects for entire life cycle (project charter to completion) adhering to college and state policies and procedures. Creates and maintains all pertinent documentation, utilizes recognized project management tools, techniques, and methodologies. Conducts risk and compliance assessments, develops risk and incident response plans, 2-5 year replacement plans, status communication plans while documenting and adhering to procurement specifications.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture with related experience.
