Our client, a higher education institution in Philadelphia, is seeking a contract Coordinator to join their Center on Disability. The ideal candidate displays a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, administrative expertise, and a team-player mentality.

Key Points:

• Serve as a liaison to address assistive technology needs and ensure equitable access for students with disabilities.
• Research, manage, and propose upgrades for assistive technology resources to support academic success.
• Conduct assessments, provide training, and develop instructional materials on assistive technology for students, faculty, and staff.
• Coordinate interpreting and captioning services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.
• Oversee departmental operations, including scheduling, email management, and database maintenance.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service while assisting with adaptive technology concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Customer service or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Preferred experience in an academic setting
