RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a growing company in Caledonia, MI that is seeking a Controller for their North American operations. This position will report directly to the CFO and be a part of the Management team.Responsibilities:- Controller will manage all general ledger activity for North America operations
- Produce period-end and fiscal year-end financial statements for NA operations, and reporting requirements needed to support the global consolidations; Includes review/analysis of financial results and routine presentation of results to the executive management team
- Maintain systems and controls needed to ensure proper tracking and safeguarding of company assets and proper receipt/disbursement of funds
- Manage all US non-executive payroll activities
- Manage AP and AR functions
- Manage standard costing systems and rates used for both accounting and new business quoting purposes
- As a Controller, you will manage annual global budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with corporate finance and other reporting entities
- Coordinate of annual outside audits
- Ad hoc analysis/reporting as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; CPA is highly preferred
- Candidates must have a minimum of 15+ years of experience including experience in public accounting and within the manufacturing industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
