Summary
The CRM (Slate) System Administrator is responsible for supporting the university’s recruiting and admissions, student success, and institutional advancement efforts. This person will have a deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly Technolutions Slate and possess the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the university to optimize CRM processes, ensure data integrity, and drive system enhancements. This position can be located on either the Glendale, Arizona campus or the Downers Grove, Illinois campus and will report to the Director of ITS Applications.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or a related information technology field from an accredited institution. Master’s degree preferred. Must have 3-5 years of experience in CRM system administration, with a strong preference for experience with Technolutions Slate. 5-7 years of experience is preferred. Experience in a higher education environment, particularly in admissions, student success, and institutional advancement is highly desirable.
The individual must have the following skills:
Computer Skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Slate or CRM platforms, Technolutions Slate, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
