Job Description:
* Handle employee and customer inquiries on products, services, and scheduling via phone and email.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and efficient solutions.
* Demonstrate comprehensive product and process knowledge.
* Stay updated on product changes, services, and promotions.
* Resolve customer issues, escalating priority cases.
Requirements:
* Highschool Diploma or GED
* 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay: 45,000 to 50,000 annually
* Schedule: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
* Location: 100% In-Office
