Customer Service Associate
Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Customer Service Associate for our Customer Service team in Columbia, MO.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities:
- Handling of incoming and outgoing calls and emails for regional customer base.
- Onboarding and assisting customers with eCommerce.
- Customer Account Maintenance
- Daily invoicing of customers.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- The ability to work independently and multi-task.
- You must be self-motivated.
- Have a great attention to detail.
- Must possess a teamwork mentality.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
