Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM
Pay- $19-20/hr.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer phones, greet customers and answer questions.
- Setup technicians' folders
- Make follow up call about technicians' service.
- Process payments
- Schedule clients
- Schedule routes (Will need to be familiar with the Hagerstown area to understand how to schedule driver routes efficiently)
SKILLS
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to make each customer feel special
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Outgoing, positive demeanor
- Multitasker with ability to prioritize
- Computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Sales experience
- Self-starter
- Ability to work in an open environment where customers walk in
