Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service Representative in Huntington beach, CA.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Duties:
- Manage a Customer Portfolio of diverse domestic and/or international accounts
- Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quotations, Sales, and Shipping to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Assist Shipping and Logistics teams with domestic and international order fulfillment.
- Input a high volume of Purchase Orders into the ERP system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle customer concerns, present acceptable solutions and alternatives quickly, follow up to assure resolution.
This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: - 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with data entry and ERP systems (Navision/MS Dynamics preferred).
- Typing skills (40 WPM +) and some knowledge of data entry.
- Ability to compose correspondence and create Excel spreadsheet.
- Ability to manage time effectively and manage various tasks successfully.
- High school diploma and applicable work experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM with possible OT Pay Rate: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
