RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Elk Grove, CA that is seeking a Data Analyst.Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with exceptional communication abilities and a strong foundation in probability theory and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Tableau, SQL, and Python on a weekly basis for the past 5+ years, and be comfortable working with large datasets to uncover insights and support decision-making processes.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain data visualizations using Tableau to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Utilize SQL to manipulate, query, and model data from complex databases
- Leverage Python to manipulate and analyze data, build models, and generate data visualizations for in-depth analysis
- Apply probability theory and statistical analysis techniques to drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex data analysis into actionable insights and business strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, and Python, used on a weekly basis
- Proficient in probability theory and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Experience working with large datasets, creating models, and generating visual insights for decision-makers
- Proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
