Position Summary:Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Data Analysis, the Data Analyst is an integral part of the Finance and Administration Team responsible for data gathering, analysis, modeling, and reporting design that yields solutions to support the Raymond A. Mason School of Business's data-driven decision-making. The Data Analyst will focus on data quality and data governance while working closely with leadership and nontechnical colleagues to implement predictive modeling, reporting, and data integrity policies and procedures that inform data-driven strategies across the school.The Data Analyst will work to develop and enhance new predictive models from databases including those pertaining to CRM systems, academic programs, and financial databases. These models will inform decisions for enrollment and program strategies across the school. The Data Analyst is also responsible for updating and maintaining code, developing and documenting data methodologies and metrics, and promoting process and data improvement.
