Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Data Processor - Remote within FL.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Processor to support the Broward Up Promise Neighborhood Project. This position reports to the Director of Data Analytics for Promise Neighborhood. The ideal candidate will assist with basic data analysis and a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This role requires excellent knowledge of data analysis and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Support data entry and basic data management tasks.

  • Generate descriptive simple reports, such as: Demographic Report, Program Participation Report, Academic Performance Report, Community Needs Assessment Report and Outcome and Impact Report.

  • Assist in the creation of data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights.

  • Use statistical software to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations for analysis.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Work with project staff to understand data needs and provide data support.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of data management and analysis activities.
