Data Verification Specialist

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Data Verification Specialist for one of our esteemed clients. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and managing legal documentation for a growing company. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Validation: Verify legal documents and ensure the accuracy of data entries, maintaining compliance with client criteria.

Data Entry & Clerical Support: Perform routine data entry verification and related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Team Support: Act as a resource person for the team, assisting with decision-making, workflow management, and coordination.

Document Management: Manage and retrieve documents from offsite storage systems, including uploading and retrieving data as needed.

Communication: Handle email correspondence regarding data and document management processes.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy with data verification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Experience with document management systems and basic data entry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in administrative or data entry roles preferred.
