Job Title:Dental Hygienist 2Department:Dentistry | Dental Faculty Practice

Position Requirement

  • Orders for doctor's request for parts for clinical operations. This includes clarification of parts needed from doctors with deadlines, getting quotes from vendors, and placing order in WorkDay. Coordination with lead dental assistant on receipt of orders.
  • Prepares monthly payroll reports for charge back of orders to providers.
  • Reviews medical record request documentation for accuracy. Once review is completed, securely sends to the appropriate party.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of patient charts for accuracy by hygienist and dental assistant team members. Provide feedback to DFP Director when appropriate to then share feedback with the employee whose chart was audited.
  • Review patient scheduling against clinical requirements to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for overtime of dental assistants to be charged back to providers.
  • Resource for clinical or operational questions by Director.
  • Assist with training/onboarding of newly hired Clinic Manager when hired.
