We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic team and oversee all Culinary operations at our 398 room Resort & Spa. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing our diverse food and beverage outlets - 7 in total, developing new menus, creating unique guest experiences, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of success in managing multiple outlets. Responsibilities
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the success of the food & beverage division.
This position requires complete understanding and ability to successfully manage food cost, beverage cost, labor costs, operational costs, service initiatives, marketing, and revenue. This position will implement and maintain a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to both culinary and front of the house management. The Director of Food & Beverage will work closely with the General Manager, and Executive Chef to craft the food program, ensure maximum profitability of all outlets and excellent levels of customer service and employee morale are achieved.
