Our client is seeking a dynamic Director of Performance Marketing & Analytics to lead their performance media division. This role is pivotal in driving digital media growth and reporting/analytics solutions across the agency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Performance Media team, driving strategic initiatives that propel the department and agency forward.
- Mentor and manage the Performance Media team, fostering a strong, cohesive working environment.
- Develop and execute high-quality digital media plans that align with business objectives and goals.
- Provide excellent client service, demonstrating responsiveness, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ensure robust reporting structures are in place to measure KPIs throughout campaign duration.
- Manage client budgets effectively, including building new campaigns, budget management, ongoing optimization, and testing new channels.
- Lead and manage digital test-and-learn campaigns to identify audience and creative optimization insights.
- Ensure proper setup and data piping between the Trading Desk, Supermetrics, and Looker Studio for real-time client dashboards.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree and multiple years of experience in digital media planning and execution at the director level within an agency.
- Proven experience in staff management and team leadership.
- Familiarity with DSP platforms (Adelphic, TTD, DV360), paid search/social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Bing, etc.), and performance analytics platforms (Looker, Supermetrics, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Track record of maintaining strong client relationships.
- Advanced analytics and presentation skills.
- Strong coaching and mentorship skills - dependable, respectful, and communicative.
