(Contingent upon available funding): 115,000.00 - 150,000.00, Salary Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional nights and weekends. Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Director of Strategy and Policy will support the Executive Director of the HIAE in all operational functions, providing strategic support, ensuring efficient and effective management of key projects and initiatives, and managing and directing external relations for the organization. This role will be pivotal in developing and fostering a collaborative environment for the energy sector to partner with HIAE.Organization ValuesThe Hamm Institute for American Energy strives to be a global energy innovation hub. Special Instructions to Applicants Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications or a related field.

Demonstrated experience with media relations.Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.Strong understanding of organizational processes, supply chain management, and business operations.Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.Experience with performance metrics and operational KPIs.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in relevant software (Salesforce, MS Office).Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Personal Attributes
