The Role

As the Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You'll develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, improve productivity, and drive positive change, ultimately improving Henny Penny's ability to deliver business results.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, delivering cutting-edge organizational effectiveness and change management solutions.
  • Lead cultural transformation initiatives, fostering a high-performance environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Spearhead change management strategies that align with Henny Penny's business objectives and support our growth trajectory.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify organizational gaps and translate findings into actionable plans.
  • Design and oversee leadership development programs to build capability at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new systems, processes, and organizational changes.

This role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. You'll need to move seamlessly from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation, challenging the status quo and inspiring others to embrace change.

Your success will be measured by your ability to create sustainable organizational change, improve operational efficiency, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to Henny Penny's overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of Organizational Effectiveness programs supporting change management, employee engagement, and performance excellence
  • Drive organizational change management and engagement programs
  • Provide consultative support to define organizational needs and design solutions aligned with business strategy
  • Leverage change management methodologies to facilitate adoption of new systems, processes, and structures
  • Oversee employee engagement surveys and partner with stakeholders on action plans
  • Collaborate on organizational design initiatives aligned with strategic goals
  • Lead complex projects and manage both internal and external relationships
  • Partner with HR teams on organizational diagnosis and transformation strategies
  • Coach and mentor HR partners and leaders on Organizational Effectiveness tools and methodologies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred in relevant fields (e.g., I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, HR)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Effectiveness/Development
  • 5+ years in a leadership role focused on organizational development and change management
  • Certifications in relevant tools (e.g., Change Management, Organization Design, Coaching)
  • Proven success in implementing large-scale organizational effectiveness solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of organizational change and design principles
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels, including C-Suite
