Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled Dispatch-Customer Service-Call Center professional to join a dynamic team in California. This role involves working in a maintenance dispatch call center, where the individual will be responsible for handling heavy call volumes and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment to handle heavy call volume.
- Respond to calls and schedule repairs using Outlook and Yardi.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
- Provide support to senior team members.
- Maintain composure in a high-paced environment, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally.
- Collaborate with a small team of four to ensure efficient dispatch operations.
- Assist with calls from apartments, supporting the maintenance dispatch call center.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate.
- Customer Service experience is a must.
- Maintenance Call Center Experience is a plus.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a multi-tasker with a positive attitude in a high-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a must.
- At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, dispatcher, or call center roles.
Required Work HoursMonday - Friday, First Shift
BenefitsThe position offers competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
