STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.
SALARY RANGE: $58,916 - $65,463 per year
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of EMS training in accordance with department districtwide training objectives and student success initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with district customers while focusing on customer experience and engagement. Provide guidance and oversight in EMS strategic planning, goal setting, the assessment of success and communicates budget objectives. This position plays an integral part in ensuring all governing body certifications and requirements are met. EMS coordination includes Paramedic, EMT, Advanced EMT, Emergency Medical Responder, First Aid, CPR, etc.
