Job Description

CyberArk is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to oversee the operations and management of our Americas facilities including building maintenance, infrastructure management, environmental safety and physical security. This role will lead a team of on-site office managers and will partner with global facilities peers to ensure a consistent experience across all CyberArk facilities. This role is based in Newton, MA and reports into the VP HR, Americas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facilities management policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Oversee the long-term planning and budgeting for facility improvements
  • Partner with building management to ensure maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Work with external property management, architectural and construction companies to project manage buildouts of new or expanded facilities
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
  • Maintain up-to-date emergency plans and ensure staff training
  • Oversee space allocation and utilization to meet organizational needs
  • Lead initiatives to optimize facility layouts and designs
  • Manage contracts with third-party service providers and vendors
  • Negotiate service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and monitor facility budgets
  • Supervise and train facilities and office management team
  • Role may require occasional evening or weekend work
  • Physical activity such as inspections or handling equipment may be necessary
  • Occasional travel will be required

Qualifications

  • 10 years' experience in facilities management or similar role, including leadership responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration or related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of building systems, construction and maintenance
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in facilities management software
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Budgeting and financial acumen
  • Leadership and team-building skills

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $215,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
