JOB PURPOSE:
The Fellows Support Specialist (FSS) provides complex administrative and operational support to Hoover fellows as an integral part of the Institutional Programming department. These fellow support activities include scheduling, planning meetings, drafting communications, editing documents, and processing financial transactions. The FSS will be a member of an administrative team reporting to the Research Program Manager. The Research Program Manager is responsible for the organization, management, and execution of business and administrative support systems for research initiatives and programs within the Institution.
