2+ years experience (preferably 5+ years) supporting and upgrading Fidelio Cruise (Fidelio Hotel will NOT work) in a cruise technical environment

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project: Beacon Hill technologies is seeking a Fidelio Cruise Engineer that will be responsible for maintaining and operating our enterprise client's Fidelio cruise management system. This role ensures the smooth operation of the system, troubleshooting issues, and providing support/upgrades. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with Fidelio Cruise, excellent technical skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
