Your Role:
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a variety of clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
• Communicate directly with clients to address questions and provide financial insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Expertise in QuickBooks is a must.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
