Below are four positions we frequently hire for:

Customer Service Specialists have expertise in providing account information to customers through phone, in-person and email inquiries. They are responsible for processing customer convenience service requests as well as handle general account inquiries. They are successful at promoting our products and services. Performs a wide variety of clerical and office duties including supporting the local branch.

Loan Processors prepare and process loan files from application through approval in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve obtaining all necessary documentation as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and customer service standards. Provide capacity as needed to support all areas of Loan Operations and Lending.

Ag Relationship Manager (Loan Officer) serves as a confident financial professional through the delivery of sound credit and financial services within regulations and policies. The Ag Relationship Manager is the loan officer role for Horizon and these lending professionals are responsible for formulating business development strategies, developing customer relationships, and actively managing a portfolio. Promotes related services, participates in public relations activities, and develops a favorable Farm Credit image in the community. Assists regional team and Association in meeting its goals and objectives through effective teamwork, cooperation, and communication.

Credit Analyst serves as a confident financial professional through the delivery of sound credit and financial services within regulations and policies. Accurately and efficiently analyzes and underwrites loans in a sound manner to prospective and existing borrowers. Works closely with loan officers to structure, condition, and approve credits for our borrowers.
