Arm System IP enables designers to build Arm AMBA systems that are high performance, power efficient and reliable. Configurable for many different applications, System IP is the right choice for your system whether it is a high-efficiency IoT endpoint or a high-performance server SoC.

The collection of silicon proven interconnects, security IP, system controllers, debug and trace and IP tooling are all crafted, validated and optimized to be used with Arm Cortex processors and Arm Mali Multimedia IP. Built upon the open AMBA interface standard, Arm System IP provides design teams with the foundation for building better systems.

Our System IP group is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals looking to rotate through various engineering technical teams within our organization! Rotation engineers will be embedded into a structured program where individuals can make meaningful contributions across the entire product portfolio. Engineers in our rotation program will have opportunities for career development, industry standard training and ability to work across different groups to build a strong network early in their careers.

What you could be doing as a System IP Rotational Graduate?

You can rotate between 3 to 5 areas within System IP.

  • RTL Design - Microarchitecture and logic implementation of interconnect and memory controller designs
  • Design Verification - Develop sophisticated test bench components to debug next generation designs with both formal and simulation based methods.
  • Physical Design/Implementation - Innovate, develop and deploy the latest implementation techniques to push the boundaries of power efficiency and influence our physical design library development.
  • Software/Tooling - Build and maintain the software infrastructure to develop and analyze engineering data and flows.
  • Performance Modeling - Drive development of new high-performance interconnect IPs, optimizing infrastructure systems, and productizing models.

We are looking for individuals who:

Hold (or are on track to hold) a Computer Engineering pr Electrical Engineering Degree (Bachelors, Masters or PhD students welcome).
  • Project experience along with a deep knowledge of modern computer architecture concepts and microprocessor development.
  • Excellent programming skills including experience with C++, SystemVerilog, and Python.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix computing environments.
  • Ability and desire to work in a multi-faceted role across multiple hardware/software fields.

Qualities that will help your application stand out:
  • Knowledge of revision control systems and large scale project development.
  • Proficiency in SystemC TLM and Java development.
  • Experience with modern EDA debug tools for simulation.
  • Exposure to low power design techniques (power gating, DVFS etc) and design methodology.
  • Prior experience with Arm based SoC development.

Salary Range:$112,722-$152,507 per year
